Our Story:
We started two years ago with a non-sanctioned contest that brought together 16 teams. Last year, we grew again — and this year is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever!In addition to the barbecue competition, we’ll be featuring live music and amazing food prepared by the incredible pitmaster at Baseball Tap Mark your calendars for August 28th & 29th, 2026 and come hang out with us and the many pitmasters from all around the area as they compete for cash, trophies, and of course… bragging rights and glory 🏆🔥You won’t want to miss this one!
🔥 What to Expect 🔥Friday kicks off the competition with a KCBS Rib Competition and a KCBS Kids Que, giving the next generation of pitmasters a chance to shine.Saturday, the action ramps up even more with not one, but TWO KCBS-sanctioned Backyard Barbecue Competitions in a single day. Teams will face double the pressure, double the strategy, and double the opportunity to chase cash, trophies, and glory 🏆🔥Add in live music, great food, and vendors of all kinds, and you’ve got a full weekend packed with smoke, sound, and nonstop excitement. This is one BBQ weekend you don’t want to miss!
